SIAL Innovation is reserved for SIAL America 2023 exhibitors ONLY (individual or members of a group that have signed up as registered exhibitors), who may present one or more products, each of whom must comply with the following criteria:

Must provide food and non-food-related products, such as packaging and containers that have been created or launched on the market after March 2021

SIAL Innovation provides an exceptional showcase of global food trends and innovations in the food and beverage universe.

This includes products, ingredients and technology from all of the SIAL America food and beverage categories.

It's a great opportunity for you to highlight your innovative products.

Submissions begin: September 29, 2022

Deadline to submit products: ~~February 20, 2023~~ Extended to March 10, 2023

ONLINE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Use these instructions as a guide to help you with the step by step submission process

To access the submission form you will first have to create an account
Click on "MY ACCOUNT" at the top of this page and begin filling in your information under "CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT"
NOTE: the email address and password you use in "CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT" will be your login information to your account
After you click register and have opened the account, click "SUBMISSION FORM" and begin submitting your Innovative product information
Every question with a (*) is mandatory
Once you finish submitting your innovative product's and click "SAVE AND FINALIZE" you have successfully submitted your product!
NOTE: if you have more than one innovative product, you will have to fill out a seperate submission form for each product
To submit another product, you will click "SUBMISSION FORM" and begin the submission process again

What's next?

The Jury will begin a pre-selection of 10 finalists after the submission deadline. The selected and non-selected individuals will be notified before the event
During the event, the Jury will select the finalists amongst a pre-selection of the best innovations
The jury announces the grand-prize winners for the Gold, Silver, and Bronze categories during an official SIAL Innovation ceremony in front of the major players of the food industry
The winners are showcased at all SIAL Shows for one year!
